1. What type of credit cards do you accept?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS


2. If I place an order, when will it ship?
All orders for standard UPS delivery placed before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be shipped within 72 hours with the condition that the order is credit approved. Next day orders must be placed before 10:00 a.m. (PST).


3. What information will you need to process my online order?


a. Your first and last name.
b. Your phone number.
c. Your address (the address the card is billed to)
d. The billing address, city, state and country.
e. The exact name on the credit card.
f. Your credit card number and expiration date.
g. A password question and answer unique to your account.
h. A ship to address is required if different from billing address.


4. Can you send a gift for me?
You may send the gift items in your shopping cart to different shipping addresses, by simply specifying the name and shipping address of each recipient. If you would like us to include a personal message, please fill in the box before completing your purchase.


5. What are your fabrics made of?
All of our products are made from 100% Combed Cotton.
